Friday will start an entire weekend of Arts and Crafts, Food, Fun and Entertainment at Bennett Spring State Park. Come on “Back to the Hills” and join us June 13, 14 and 15, 2008. This event is in our own “backyard”- it’s FREE, it’s close and it’s family friendly.
Join United Country VIP Realty for the 5th annual Duck Decoy contest at 1pm and the “Race for the Golden Duck” at 2pm Saturday at the hatchery.
Enjoy 100+ craft ad art booths, featuring handcrafted items, many unique to the area. Furniture made from the 2007 ice storm, barb wire art and wooden roses. Lots of demonstrations - view a working beehive!
Food, with family friendly prices, is provided by local not-for-profit vendors. Enjoy corn on the cob, fried tators, hamburgers, funnel cakes, and real kettle corn.
Try your hand Saturday at Hillbilly games: gunny sack races, cow chip fling and skillet throwing for the ladies. Then stay for the live music, starting at 5 pm
